Community work focused on women (Institution building process)

The programme started with house to house visits to see the general conditions of each household and to initiate dialogue. The information was documented, allowing a selection of beneficiaries. The women were visited again by field workers who explained them the philanthropic work. All women responded positively. They formed small groups who met twice a month to discuss their problems and look for solutions. A plenary meeting is then organized to share the discussion.
